Due to concerns surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19), and to help protect their employees, major companies in the tech and manufacturing industries have imposed travel bans and restrictions over in-person gatherings. To do our part to help protect our staff and conference attendees, we’ve made the difficult decision to cancel this year’s PolyWorks Conference USA event, scheduled for April 15-16, 2020, at the Suburban Collection Showplace in Novi MI.
We sincerely apologize for not being able to hold our event, and for any unfulfilled expectations that this may cause. All registered attendees who have purchased their pass to attend PolyWorks Conference USA|2020 will receive a full refund within the next 48 hours. If you don’t see the credit on your statement by then, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org.

Will you refund the cost of my ticket?
Yes, PolyWorks Conference USA|2020 passes will be refunded in full.
When can I expect a refund for my ticket?
You will receive a full refund by March 16, 2020. If you don’t see the credit on your statement by then, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Is there a receipt for my cancellation?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email as soon as we process your cancellation. No action is required on your part.
I bought a flight and reserved a hotel, will you reimburse me?
We are unable to reimburse you for the cost of travel that has already been booked for PolyWorks Conference USA|2020.
