InnovMetric Software and Santiago & Cintra join forces to provide a fully integrated point cloud processing software solution to spanish surveyors
InnovMetric Software Inc. of Quebec City, Canada, and Santiago & Cintra Iberica S.A. from Madrid, Spain announced today that they have entered into an agreement whereby Santiago & Cintra will distribute InnovMetric’s PolyWorks® software to the surveying market in Spain. The combination of PolyWorks and Santiago & Cintra’s scanner products represents a complete and robust solution for accurate 3D modeling and measurements of very large survey datasets. This revolutionary new approach will benefit the Spanish surveying community by significantly reducing the time and cost of data collection and processing operations.
Established in 1998, Santiago & Cintra is an important provider of advanced positioning system solutions for applications such as GIS, cartography, topography, and engineering analysis. “This distribution agreement with InnovMetric will enable us to offer our customers the best software solution on the market for processing the very large files that our customers get when scanning large scenes, large buildings for applications such as city modeling”, said Mario Santiago Cabrero, Santiago & Cintra’s President.
